2 Minutes From Home

Conceived during the global pandemic, the project was designed to sustain ensemble activity and creativity through remote collaboration at a time when live performance was largely suspended.

Initially presented as a video series, 2 Minutes From Home reimagined what ensemble music-making could look and sound like in isolation. Each piece was recorded individually by Decibel members from their homes, with the final audio and visual works later assembled and released online.
